In the spring of 2010 Irina and Martin decided to combine their many years of hairdressing experience with their deep passion for natural styling, and Rulo was born.

The pair have made their preference for freehand cutting and using hands over brush an integral part of the Rulo ethos: an ethos that seeks to enhance, not hide, the natural qualities of each client’s hair, embracing and working with those “defects” that make us all unique.

Today, Rulo employs a select and dedicated team of stylists who share a similar philosophy while bringing their own distinctive talents and approaches to the salon. With their help, Rulo looks forward to an exciting and productive future at the heart of Barcelona’s hairdressing community.
